CURRENT COVID-19 SUPPORT IN PENNSYLVANIAOST COVID-19 Task Force spent three weeks collaborating with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency on Alternate Care Facilities (ACF). The OST COVID-19 Task Force closed out their mission by providing an extensive review of ACF best practices & procedures and areas for improvement.
SUCCESS STORY: FEMA Disaster Response
Our Team staffed 75 adjusters and support staff across five regional offices to support Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria relief efforts, validating and processing 110,000 cases with $10B in payouts.
We created comprehensive systems, processes, and operations center to respond to an unprecedented FEMA appeals backlog in support of Super Storm Sandy recovery. Our rapidly built operation quickly and efficiently ingested, qualified, and remediated 20,000 appealed claims all while providing needed forensic accounting, reconciliation, community outreach, and litigation support services.
