Testing Centers
We can provide “turn-key” (design, build, operate, and maintain) testing centers, complete with trained resources. These can be rapidly deployed and installed in any size configuration, including drive-thru sites, to meet all facility requirements within 24-48 hours. Our sites will conduct tests and integrate the results with our contact tracing solution to get your community back to business.
COVID-19 VIRAL TESTING (PCR)
- Thermo Fisher TaqPath PCR test by RNA extraction; Targeted specificity to 100% of currently available complete genomes for SARS-CoV-2.*
- Capacity of 20,000 test per day (can scale up to 40,000 tests per day); Collection kits consist of flocked swabs, viral transport media, and requisition; Most tests completed within 24 hours
- Courier service and overnight shipping labels will transport tests to the lab

- Interviewing COVID-19 patients using a workflow to determine and trace the contact of exposed individuals.
- Creating a Plan of Action (with continuous learning – decisions and challenges) to follow up with individuals as needed (by criticality and exposure).
- Contacting exposed individuals to educate them on all the resources available, and guide them on mitigation best practices.
- Educating exposed individuals to take appropriate action including self-quarantining procedures.

Regina Benjamin, MD, MBA
Founder and CEO Gulf States Health Policy Center
Dr. Benjamin is a family physician who served as the 18th U.S. Surgeon General from 2009-2013. During her tenure, Dr. Benjamin released the first-ever National Prevention Strategy and is currently working to decrease health disparities and improve health outcomes nationwide.
Col. (R) Douglas C. Rose, Jr.
Incident Commander
Col. Rose was the Director of Military support for FEMA. He has expertise managing real-world crisis operations as needed to plan, respond, mitigate, and recover from disasters and emergencies. He is currently supporting the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the COVID-19 response services.

ABOUT US
We are currently supporting the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the COVID-19 response services and have coordinated with multiple agencies and every major disaster in the last 35 years. Additionally, Dr. Benjamin heads the Gulf States Health Policy Center, a transdisciplinary collaborative center for health disparities research (www.gshpc.org).
